SHIFT (Sustainable HIV Financing in Transition) is a 2 years Global Fund regional program, working in transition countries in Asia – Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand as a collaboration of AFAO, APCASO, and APCOM.
SHIFT is proud to release its 2017 annual report. The report details the contribution SHIFT projects have made towards enabling and empowering civil society communities to advocate for sustainable HIV financing, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, and Thailand.
